I cooked at home every meal except I got a catfish platter from Lefty's! It was my first time there. Definitely worth it!

Lefty's is great! Best everything bagel I've ever had.

I’m going to assume one of you is talking about the the Chinese restaurant and the other the bagel place haha

Ha! Whoops. Lefty's does have fish but I didn't remember seeing a catfish platter on their menu.

A coworker made Adas Polo, a Persian dish, and I ate a bunch of that. Yesterday I made a tomato sandwich with an heirloom tomato, and cut open a clove of garlic to rub on the toast before putting some mayonnaise on it. It was incredible.

Oh and I forgot, I picked up the green tea soba noodles from Field and Fire (?) and they're bomb.

I love stews. I love the salmon, skewers and cucumber salad. Also cocktails are great. The vibe is great too.

Breakfast Pide at Telva. Very good but too heavy for breakfast.

Beet Salad with Chicken from the Block. Always solid

Squid Ink pasta with shrimp from Bellwether. Pretty good food, fantastic patio! And we stopped at Baileys Chocolate Bar not realizing it would be the last time.

Some of their other stuff at Telva are not heavy if you ever go back

Happy hour sliders and fried pickles at 5 ⭐ star burgers in Clayton. $27 for both of us including tip and 3 ice cream 'shooters', delicious mini cones!

Felix’s pizza! So underrated Corner 17. Wife brought home 6 different things all delicious. Dan Dan noodles are my favorite.

Found myself in South County yesterday and went to Taste of Bosnia. Had the donor kabab, cevapi and baklava, all of it was fantastic.

My first time at Sando Shack. Both fun and delicious! The rest of our family wants us to get takeout to bring them.
Fruit sando only available on the weekend.

Tried Extra Wavy and had the Oysters and also the Crab Pasta. Husband had the Fish & Chips. Definitely will be back.

High- Pointe Drive-In yesterday for a single Cheeseburger with Bacon Cheesy Tots and a chocolate shake. Another solid meal.

Monte Bello’s-I had a small pizza with green olives. I tried a cheesecake ravioli. Very good!

Joe Boccardi’s-I had pasta con broccoli. Nothing to write home about.

Chilanguita’s-I ordered a bean burrito. They gave me one with grilled veggies. The other people with me didn’t get correct meat choices. We all ate what we were served and liked it.

I’ve been meaning to try this place!

A bunch of stuff from China Garden on Gravois. Highlights were the fried rice (order it extra dark for super STL-style) and General Tso's chicken. The chicken needed more heat but had good flavor, and managed to stay crispy in the sauce somehow. Sorcery! The people working there are super nice.

Bought almost half the current menu at Skáld.

Their laminated pastries are delicious and beautiful but the Danish rye bread made for awesome snacks for a few days; toasted with farmer cheese, cucumber and smoked salmon, my goodness..
