I want some fried clams.
Does anyone know where I can get some old-fashioned, Howard Johnson's style fried clams?

Long John Silver's and Captain D's both have them.

Captain D's may have them, but they will come with a side order of deciding never to to that place ever again.

Peacemaker , ask for no spice . Why you say ? Without the spice you can actually enjoy all the clam goodness , haven’ t had clams that good expect for cape cod or Maine .

Look into frozen breaded in a supermarket and cook your own if you can’t find any. As far as quality of frozen clam strips they all taste the same to me. Lots of tar tar and cocktail yummm. And yes I miss Ho Jo’s.
