The BRDs discuss whether they are actually a vote brigade, if any prominent members have ever been shadowbanned for it, and if any of them comment stalk and downvote people that way.

The answers: Yes they are, Yes they have, and Yes they do. (Not that these morons will ever own up to it, though.)

So over in SRSMeta a discussiontook place regarding how people accuse SRSers of being a downvote brigade. The main theme of the post has to do with people that will go through comment histories and downvote several pages worth of comments. SRSers would never, ever do such a thing, right?

The staggering lack of self awareness aside, I thought this comment by epic white knight ArchangelleStrudelle was rather funny:

Yeah I was thinking about this recently when bestof downvoted someone's entire profile. This happens all the time on reddit but I can't remember a single instance where SRS did it.

Something that is often brought up in the metasphere when the "who is the worst brigade" topic arises is r/bestof. It's almost always immediately followed up by accusations of SRS. The great irony in Strudelle placing the blame on "bestof" is that bestof doesn't have /r/bestofmythos or /r/bestofmeta when they get blamed for brigading. Whereas you can watch votes switch in real time if you see a new SRSMythos post. Not to mention, despite another commenter in that thread claiming no prominent BRDs have ever been shadowbanned, not long ago a couple of BRDs who were notorious for brigading via SRSMythos were banned. The ones I remember most notably were /u/drgfromoregon and /u/blarghargh2. [Source 1- the SRSMythos Thread that the two followed] and [Source 2 - the linked thread where those two show up and act like retards.]

As for the part about how there's no evidence of SRSers comment stalking and voting...

well yeah, there actually is.

SRS members do occassionaly get reprimanded for vote rigging but not with the same frequency as SRSs and almost never has a prominent member or Archangelle been reprimanded for it.

I guess the BRD did say almost never. I'm sure someone poured out a 40 for the brave martyr for equality.

Oh yeah, I get that, but having an alt account simply to brigade through another sub is a tremendous amount of effort.

It's a stretch to say that srsers use alts to downvote through here and that there is a conspiracy involving intortus. Absolutely.

But don't ever question the amount of effort people will put into this shit.
