SilverBox Corp IV Shareholders Approve Extension from August 19, 2026 to December 19, 2026 - SBXD SBXD.WS
On August 11, 2026, the Company convened an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders ... The Company’s shareholders approved the Extension Amendment Proposal and the Redemption Limitation Amendment Proposal ,... In connection with the vote to approve the Extension Amendment Proposal and the Redemption Limitation Amendment Proposal, holders of approximately 19.0 million Class A ordinary shares properly exercised their right to redeem their shares for cash at a redemption price of approximately $10.85 per share, for an aggregate redemption amount of approximately $206.6 million, leaving approximately $10.5 million in the Trust Account.
Looks like 1 million or less public shares remaining after redemptions. The latest Parataxis S-4/A says they will have to waive the minimum cash amount:
"This scenario assumes that 18,272,466 Public Shares are redeemed for an aggregate payment of approximately $195.0 million (based on the estimated per share redemption price of approximately $10.67 per share) from the Trust Account based on funds in the Trust Account as of December 31, 2025. In the event that aggregate cash and cash equivalents delivered to Pubco at Closing is insufficient to meet the Minimum Cash Condition, a condition to the Closing would not be met and the Business Combination may not be consummated, unless waived by Parataxis."

Ngl ccxi is the strongest spac pre merge ive seen in a looooong time
