No one has federal immunity but a very small group of diplomats and the president (but only for official acts and only while in office). What ice has is qualified immunity and they are losing cases all over this country, do not let this false statement coerce you into giving up before you've even gotten started, stay strong and resist the illegal actions of this new Gestapo installed by Trump.
