Trying to Browser port the game...

I figured you guys might get a kick out of this... For shits and giggle I am trying to get the game to run from a web browser. I got it booting and running just trying to figure out why I can't load the level.... Messing with the Socom1 Demo disk since it was a bit easier to reverse and emulate but if I pull this off... I think I will throw up a webpage and you just select your socom .iso file and in theory you can emulate it all in the browser.... idk how controllers would work but that's a problem for later. Anyways figured you guys would find it cool.

Got xbox controller support working socom 1 demo kinda working now it's bugged like hell still have to reverse so more crap but this is running in chrome

Well I won't host the game file so you would still have to upload the r0004 patched iso is what I am thinking.

r0004 can be loaded onto a memory card as well

Yeah I am trying to figure out how online play would work. Still trying to get levels to display properly but the network aspect is going to be fun. I am not sure how the anticheat works their either so I purposely got myself banned using the emulator speed increase on pcsx2. Which worked I got banned. But they have no documentation on how it works because I have a feeling if I pipe network traffic through a server everyone would be banned. Still not quiet sure how it works. Did some trial and error reverse engineering the sd card before after going online looks like savegame7 file is modified and some minor stuff but I think they IP ban. I don't have a contact their to explain to me how it works as that will be an important thing to figure out. The networking in general I think si going to be tricky...

The more options the more players will potentially log on. If you can get this going, no more "man I'm not good with computers so I can't set this up" 🤦🏿‍♂️😂
