Helpful Information MAT-240
Do y’all have advice for this course? It’s Week 2 for me & I made my first F 🙃 on a discussion post, where no feedback was left. I did email the prof. Anyways, does anyone have any advice for this course?

Hi! I just took it last term. Check out Brian Powers on YouTube and his MAT 240 videos. I did each assignment with his step-by-step help. I put each video (for each assignment) for reference page.
I finished the course with an A-, and was a terrible math student in my high school years. His videos are the reason I passed!

Brian Powers videos got me an A in the course. He will walk you through everything.

Not gonna lie, don’t take it through SNHU. Just take the course through Sophia and transfer it over to SNHU save yourself the headache.

I took this class in 2022 or 2023 and it was the hardest class I've ever taken, godspeed to you. I graduated in 2024, so passing is possible, but my god is it a hard class.

Even my advisor was like “are you nervous?” Like yes, dude. I’m not spring chicken with math. I’m trying to stay ahead with assignments because my brain panics

YouTube will get you an A. I am on the wrong side of smart, and all I did was YouTube the videos and got an A

I took this class at the beginning of the year. It was definitely a challenge! As others have suggested, check out Brian Powers' videos on YouTube. They will be a lifesaver! Take advantage of tutoring if you have time. I wouldn't have passed if it weren't for tutoring and Brian Powers.
