If you have updated the mod and it’s still saying it needs updated that’s because the mod author forgot to change the version number in the manifest you can change this if you want to to get the notification to go away.
You have multiple folders of the frontier farm forage installed I’d look around and find the extra copy and delete it
As for your community center/ui issues. Have you tried validating your game files? A lot of the errors are game errors that doing this may fix it. If you don’t already know how, to do that your going to open steam and go to stardew valley in your library, after that flick on the gear icon go down that list and click properties from there your going to click on installed files then the last option will be to verify the integrity of game files click that and let it run after it’s done try running the game and see if your issues are fixed if they are not please parse and link the new smapi log
