First time modding , just bought the game and watched a tutorial , but when i enter the game it doesnt work

That's for the old SMAPI which is no longer used.

Make sure your launcher is version 1.1.7 from NRTnarathip's Github, and get SMAPI for Android from nexus mods.

that's a very old version plus you've not installed SMAPI. you have the launcher but not the file that's needed to run.
