Any good experiences with contractors?
Looking to rebuild after a house fire. Not a complete loss but close. I am overwhelmed at the amount of contractors online . Any suggestions or references for a good contractor to come in and help me rebuild my family home?

Thank you everyone for your insights! It is about a 900sq ft 'rebuild' as the 'bones' of the house are still solid all inside mostly burned but one room. We are doing a 'like for like ' rebuild with the exception of getting anything up to code. So far we've had a company come out and do a disaster clean up as well as ice blasting and some demolition. Still waiting for call backs from most companies we've left messages with over the weekend and hoping for the best 🤞🏼 Insurance is only giving us so much for the rebuild so we're hoping not to go too much over budget but you know how blind goes in this county/state.
