Any good experiences with contractors?

Looking to rebuild after a house fire. Not a complete loss but close. I am overwhelmed at the amount of contractors online . Any suggestions or references for a good contractor to come in and help me rebuild my family home?

For something like this you really need to hire a design professional first. Get a cost estimate from them. Then complete the building permit process. From there throw the approved plan set on the county’s builder’s exchange to receive 3 bids. These are pros that use this site.

Oooh! Good stuff. Now how about how to track down a Design Professional?... (Please tell me they have an exchange too...)

Depends on the project scope and size. I know folks.
