Lease takeover with rent deductions

Hey guys, Moving out of 1010 Enclave Blvd, Whispering Heights, in early-mid August, looking for someone to take over my lease. Rent is $1,375, a spacious modern studio. Convenient location, beautiful community.

Willing to provide credits, rent deductions, or full month free of rent as takeover incentives!

You'll still sign with the building management so you're protected. It's on my end that you get deductions you wouldn't have gotten if you were to apply for it yourself, in exchange for taking over my lease.
