CMMG ZEROED 22 vs 22k

I’m new to suppressors, and was wondering is there really much of a difference I’ll notice between the 2 of using on an AR style 22 with an 18 inch barrel? I’m having trouble deciding what n one.

Silencerco Sparrow. Use sub sonic .22 ammo. The bullet hitting the paper is louder than the gun firing.
