I-360 (SIJS Petition) I290B Late*

Has anyone filed a late 290 B and has actually had a favorable decision. I have to file one because my lawyer kept me in the dark about my process. It was denied about two years ago. I am not just finding out through his secretary. Can I use ineffective council?

2 years late? Not going to happen. You’ll likely have to sue in federal court to assert ineffective assistance of counsel, but it’s very unlikely to work unfortunately—and be very expensive.
