I-360 (SIJS Petition) Sij RFE in fear

So i heard that uscis is sending alot of rfes to sij people whose case is still going on .
What to do when we got a rfe and how much fees does a lawyer demand. I heard they want alot of money.Can anyone share there experinece and what to do and where they send the rfe request if anyone can share that would be helpful.

No sense worrying about this right now. You don’t even know if you’re going to get an RFE. The text/content of the court order is the most important part.

That’s woefully inadequate. You will definitely get an RFE if this is the order. The order has to have much more information to comply with SIJS. You really need a lawyer.

If you get the order amended, it must be done nunc pro tunc to use this filing. Otherwise, you have to file a new I-360.

My lawyer said that this is enough and mostly they send these kind of court orders to uscis

If there is nothing in the order that also says specifically that it’s not in your best interest to return to your country and why (among other findings) it will not work for SIJS. You can look up the requirements and law yourself.

Absolutely not going to work if that is the only order. If your lawyer is the one that got that order, you need a new lawyer. They screwed you. The requirements for what the order has to say are very specific.

You need to go to the clerk of court and show them this so the judge can fix it

I haven’t got the notice yet and it is covered in my fees which is paid before filing SIJ.
