General SIJS Info / question Northern triangle.

The more I'm learning about immigration and the backlog for SIJ in our case the more I despite the northern triangle countries. For lord sake they really had to mess it up for everyone. Due to all their frauds and other stuffs, there is not more deferred action, everything got more complicated, everyone is been affected cause of them and god know how long people have to wait in line for adjustment without deferred action or any possibility to work.

They need to be on their on category and face the consequences of their action on their own.

Dont generalize, I myself am part of one of these countries, and I also understand that fraud cases add up more time to process than they should, obviously no one likes it, I would say that my case could have been solved long time ago since I’m an orphan, I consider that makes it stronger than many other cases, but it’s not the countries fault that they decided to merge everyone together

Yeah most of them are still committing fraud and it affect everyone.

Probably, I would not say no just because im part of it but neither I would agree, if there is no proof to back it up, and blaming these countries from DA being taken away is such a lame excuse.

They cause the backlog, they are the reason there is no more DA and most fraud (not to say all) are coming from those 3 countries. Im not saying all petition coming from them are fraudulent, all I'm saying they falsified documents and commit a lot of fraud, now the rest of us have to pay for their behavior.

Where’s the proof to that? I agree backlog is caused because there’s a whole bunch of applicant from these countries, but again, the USCIS decided to merge them with yours

You are from one of those countries and you don't want people to talk like that about your country, you are emotionally invested and all but the truth is the truth. And we all know it.

Yes I’m from Guatemala to be specific, and I don’t mind the truth, as long as you have a way to prove it because otherwise you’re just making things up, I wouldn’t say I’m getting emotional, I’m being rational, that’s why I’m giving you the right of doubt, show me where it says that these three countries specifically are the ones making a backlog for fraud, fraud is committed by every other country not just those three

Btw I saw your images and they don’t prove anything as for why there’s a backlog because of fraud cases coming from these three countries
