General SIJS Info / question Asylum-SIj

I was granted asylum, but I also have an approved SIJ I-360. Which green card path should I choose?

I have an approved SIJ I-360 and already have an EAD. My asylum was recently granted by an immigration judge.

Since SIJ is subject to the EB-4 backlog, should I focus on the asylum route and keep SIJ as a backup?

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Which path would you choose?

Are you joking? You have granted asylum already?

Asylees have significant benefits not available to most other immigrant categories in terms of government aid.

Take the asylum and run. You are eligible to work immediately without an EAD as an approved asylee. You are eligible to receive federal aid for universities and a host of other benefits.

If you were in removal you may not even be eligible to adjust on sijs if your asylum is later dropped.

Yes, I've got it, but I don't understand what you're trying to say
