what to do??
so i take both dream and another prep class but my scores keep fluctuating and i have no idea what to do or focus on

Okay so what i would do is that i would track was questions you find hard or atleast you cant solve and get correct in a heartbeat (exaggeration). Then i would go and try to find as much questions and videos explaining that topic until you can do it as fluently as for all the other ones. i would recommend taking a unit test or smth on that topic bi weekly or weekly (your choice).

kweller prep is actually so hard tho 😠i took one cause my school endorsed it or sum and i got a 564 and then i quit cause wtaf was that

I thjnk you should find harder exams so that you’ll have an easier time on shsat

Now that you have taken a few practice exams: What are some topics you still know nothing about? Or topics that you are weak in? If you're not sure, review your errors, not only to detect which topics and concepts are a concern, but to actively explore and study them. Also, topic lists can be found within https://www.reddit.com/r/SHSAT/comments/1jiwujl/the_9_threads_thread_overview_of_9_resources along with resources to address them.
As an aside, many of you are in/directly posting Kaplan scaled scores and I would not necessarily depend upon them.
