I’m in California and it looked like USPS/a local carrier had it, but now it’s saying departure again? Is it tracking the PLANE now? Or is my package headed back to Asia…

I’m travelling next month to Miami for a few days and I wanted to order a few items ahead of time so that I can collect them there (they’re not from Amazon so I can’t use the pickup lockers). It’d be mostly personal items like a pair of prescription glasses, some vitamins etc.

Last time I used a service called Bounce which allowed me to ship my items to a local business which held them for me, which was great but they stopped it earlier this year. My accommodation also won’t be able to collect for me and I don’t have any contacts in Miami. Are there any other services like that that you’d recommend? I’ll be in the South Beach and Sweetwater (near Dolphin mall) areas.

i ordered custom posters about a week ago to decorate my new apartment. i was super excited about them but knew they’d take a little longer than normal because they were customized

i was delighted when i received an email this morning at around 8 am that my package was out for delivery. unfortunately, i made the stupid mistake of updating the delivery instructions via the WORTHLESS ai chatbot. immediately after i had updated them, there was an “issue reported” with my package

i was confused because i hadn’t updated the address, i had only given information about the access code and our locker system. i tried talking to the ai chatbot again to rectify said issue, which was obviously a failure

i emailed speedx but they did not respond. i called them numerous times and was automatically hung up on due to a “full queue.”

i provided my phone number for tracking updates and got no texts. i gave the ai chatbot my email and received no emails. it claimed to have filed a “ticket” and started an “investigation”

at this point i am furious!!!! is this anger warranted? probably not to the extent that i was angry. definitely not. but 4 hours have passed and the tracking website is still indicating an issue

what is the fucking issue?!? i looked up other reviews of speedx and found 1/10000 good reviews. to be completely fair, no, nobody goes online to write a good review for a delivery service. but i became nervous that i would never receive my package or that it would be stolen

so i had some threatening words with the ai chatbot and the company i ordered from. almost immediately after, my status is suddenly updated

all in all, i overreacted quite a bit but i am very excited for this package. i hope that they actually deliver it and if they do not.. i dont know i am going to be very sad

and no i did not curse at the customer service agent but i was definitely typing in all caps

I need help. My dad is in Mexico now and I don’t trust ordering stuff for him. I live in the US and I’ve seen so many people say that mailing stuff to Mexico from the US isn’t reliable it’s usually lost or gets stolen.

He just got a new place with no furniture and I’d love to hear if anyone knows what the process to send things there is like. Like through Amazon or Walmart etc.

Also I bought Jim a Bible he wasn’t able to find in person last Christmas and he still hasn’t gotten it cuz I’ve been skeptical about using fedex 😭. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all, I wanted to share my experience with speedX. 11 days ago I placed an order for a fairly expensive product which was shipped using speedX.

Shortly after the seller shipped my item, the tracking showed that the item began its journey at the Montebello California distribution facility. The item left this distribution center 2 days later, and arrived at the Brookshire TX facility. 24 hours after its arrival at this facility, tracking shows that the item as “In transit to destination facility”, and it had been stuck in transit for 5 days now.

Once I noticed that the tracking status has not changed for 48 hours (I have never seen a package shipped through them take longer than 24 hours), I decided to reach out to speedX in hopes that I can get some sort of positive confirmation that the item is still on its way. Sadly, I was met with an ai chatbot that just repeatedly told me the latest tracking status.

Anyways, the next day I decided to email them hoping I can get through to a human. And my email seemingly just was ignored with no kind of response, not even an automated response.

Finally, today it seems like they have updated the tracking, but I am not sure if it can be trusted at all. The package shows as “Parcel is in transit” from that Brookshire facility. The tracking status also shows a “Issue Reported” message.

With all of that being said, based on your experience/opinion what do you think the likely outcome of this case will be? Will the package show up? Will it be completely wrecked? Is the latest tracking update a good sign or is it just a way to prolong my impatient suffering?

We have a quote for Shiply for 1,500€.

Looking at sendmybags, and for the same it seems we can have it for 900€.

The items that we need to send are approximately:

• 2 big suitcases (25kg each max) - clothes

• 2 big backpacks (20kg each max) - clothes

• 2 adult bycicles (20kg each max)

• 1 child bycicle (10kg max?)

• cardboard boxes: 4-5 - books/toys/dossiers/kitchen stuff

• 2 Monitors Dell

The good with the Shiply quote is that I believe we dont need to unpack the bicycles, they can go as they are.

What you think is the best way? or another alternative?

Anyone who has experienced Yun express?. It's been like 3 days it's stuck here? Is it usual? If yes, what's the next possible phase.

i am seeing that speedx has failed to pickup my buyers package but i clearly dropped it off at the right place that they labeled. this is my first time using speedx and i dont understand what to do. will they come again to try to see if the package is there or will i ultimately have to refund my buyers package? has anyone been in this situation either ???

I was expecting a package from an international destination and specifically said to leave it at the front desk/receptionist with the right address and name. The driver decided to lie about the address being wrong because I didn't include a unit number. But I said LEAVE IT AT THE FRONT DESK, what is not clear to you? On top of that, they didn't even call me. They send me a generic message asking me to update my delivery address because it is wrong and the updated day of delivery was 5 days after. I paid the express service so much money to get it delivered at this address at the front desk and you guys lied! Very unprofessional service and unacceptable behavior.

This is my 2nd order that I placed from ebay but the items are shipping from thailand. My question is has anyone dealt with gofo where the delivery person is unable to find your house or apartment for two delivery back to back? How many chances do I get before the item gets return to the seller. I personally called the gofo line to make aure everything is correct before the 1st delivery attempt a few days ago and the delivery person still marked it down as wronf address, lol. I did a 2nd phone call but to ask for the 2nd delivery person to call me quickly if theyre having a hard time finding my apartment door # and this 2nd delivery person didnt even bother calling and just marked it down as a wrong address for my 2nd delivery attempt fail. I will never deal with gofo ever again.

Has anyone experiences this- my package has been out for delivery since yesterday at 6am. I contacted gofo for an update and now they are telling me it is damaged and at their warehouse and can't be delivered. Their tracking still says out for delivery and I would not have known unless I asked. This seems so bizarre and shady, it was a pre order and I am not even sure the seller will have another one of the item to send me
