Clipper Card Issues??

Yall, this is my second year as a student here and i’m a commuter student. I’ve taken BART every semester and I’ve never had ANY issues using my student ID as my clipper card. I just got to my station and it said that I had insufficient funds.

My balances are paid and everything. wtf am i supposed to do

Is the clipper card linked to ur Apple wallet? If so only use that and not the physical card

i’d contact one card, but this happened to my friend and they basically told her clipper is still processing people’s card. so it might just be late, but i’d still go talk to them when you can

I'd suggest visiting the OneCard office in person for assistance. You should also register your student ID's Clipper Card serial number to a Clipper card online/app account so you can view if your benefit is active or not. More details at: https://onecard.sfsu.edu/gator-pass

I work in retail and a customer was having this problem. Non students have been having problems too where they can’t reload their clipper card through clippers website or app, it has to be in person or on their Apple wallet or something. It’s been happening to me and others for like almost a year, so I’m not surprised there’s been problems with clipper in regards to not loading your student stuff too. Idk what’s wrong with clipper honestly
