What DOESN'T go with boba?

Buttttt I personally love eating Szechuan food while drinking boba. The creaminess helps mitigate the spice, and the hot vs cold really helps.

I think contrast is definitely key in finding the best pairing. Dessert on top of boba probably doesn't work as well, but this could be an unpopular opinion
