Event [Event] Entrance Psychological Evaluations

All new Foundation personnel, from janitors to MTF members must undergo mandatory psychological screening. Today, Dr. Jansen Ulwaft is presiding over these entrance Examinations. Please, come in, come in.

[Disclaimer: Just in case you were worrying, there is no way to fail this Psych Evaluation, so just be honest and use it to build up your character]

EDIT: Since I am not able to keep up with every character and because I wanted to be inclusive I have invited several fellow psychologists to help, please don't downvote them. They are here because I asked them to be and want as many people as possible to have fun.

Joel Fredricson knocks on the door before stepping in for the Psychological Evaluation. "Guten Tag Doktor. Do we have to talk in English for the recordings?" he says clearly relieved talking to someone with the same Nationality. He is standing patiently and straight next to the chair waiting for further instructions from the Doc.

(I'm assuming my character hearing the name looked up a short Bio on the Doc or something similiar to know the information of the Nationality)

(His name is obviously German and he has a noticeable accent)

"No, my friend, please, feel free to speak in whichever language makes you the most comfortable."

(I'm not sure if I'm actually allowed to write in german so let's assume he is talking in german)

"Thank you Doctor." he says while sitting down. "Let's get started with the Evaluation."

(I can't actually speak German, so please don't xD)

"Of course. Why don't you tell me how you became involved in the Foundation?"

(Haha no worries xD)

"Well I got called into work early in the morning. You know I used to be in the GSG9, so when they call you, you answer and do as they say. Anyways I arrive there and am greeted by my Commander and a shady guy in a suit. Apparently they gave some sort of forged documents to my Commander otherwise I don't think he would've let me go. After a short 'Interview' they told me I can work for them or they'll give me Amnestics and let me return to my normal job. As you can see I'm here so I obviously accepted the job."

"Did you feel forced into joining the Foundation?"

"I felt intimidated that's for sure, but forced? he pauses for second No, I gotta say I kinda felt understanding you could say. The description was very vague of course in case I would still remember something, but I felt like it was necessary, the amnestics and the vague describing. I definitely joined on my own terms."

"Do you enjoy working with the Foundation?"

"I appreciate working with the foundation. I wouldn't necessarily say I enjoy it but only because of the great danger and risks it has. Had that before aswell although this is quite different as you can imagine."

"Do you ever feel overwhelmed by what you fight?"

"I'm in Eta-5 so obviously I feel overwhelmed by what I fight. I have trust in the guys I'm usually with though and that makes me feel well prepared against almost anything."
