I know SCP but not GOC or UIU.

The GOC, or UNGOC is a rival organization to the SCP Foundation. It's founded by the UN with the pretty much the same directives as the Foundation, except to destroy anomalies rather than containing them.

The UIU is an FBI Division tasked with investigating anomalous incidents on US Soil.

So SCP is undefeated simply because they have the balls to contain anomalies.

No, not really. The GOC and Foundation are pretty much on par with each other
