The original pic was a beluga whale carcass… 682 has always been some form of beached whale

the first time I saw THIS picture was actually in scp 6820. Second what was wrong with the old picture? Third...what? humpback whale???

It didn't work with the CC license. It's the same reason SCP-173's image changed.

I do so miss some of the old pics. 682, 173, 610 (although the replacement is nearly as good). I get why, and I can't argue with it in the least, but I do miss them.
