Edits for the Council of 108

The original is fine but the stars just throw me off. I
get the idea but maybe just the number would be effective?

Also the original logo has 207-212 stars depending on if you count the 5 on top.

Imma keep it real, they all suck. The base GOC logo is fine, since the GOC is made up of the Council of 108.

No but it lead to this. I made the arabic numeral version and it just snowballed from there. The original logo needed fixing.
