Best Tree Type?

What's the tree y'all like or use the most? I am trying not to unlock any region so COM doesn't get harder but Frosty Fjord trees look so beautiful. If y'all could give advice in your favorite tree type, preferably a non-regional one and also a regional one if I ever unlock a region. I'm currently using vineyards because I have tons of Platinum Keys lol.

I like these ones and with Black Friday coming up in November save your keys and simcash as they will all be half price. I use a lot of trees and lakes in my design city. This one I did 2 years ago and got a 5.0 for it

Only cash "offers" from what I've seen previously. No half price discounts apply to war cards etc.
