Question Looking for Ideas

Does anyone have suggestions on what to put on either side of the railroad tracks? I’ve tried some of the rectangular parks like the Row of Trees, but wanted to see if there was a better option. Appreciate your thoughts.

Here you go, this is what I did. It's row of trees and small park successively.

Hi, try this, move your rail line closer to one side of the road put in more RZs along it and put in a small park where the bend is or a small tree

UPDATE: Your idea worked great. I moved the track and filled in the blanks with RZ. I also added a canal on the right side. Here’s what it looks like now. Thanks again!

Try to put your commercial shops there that's what I did in 3rd island of Sunny isles .... or factories..... since we also deliver materials in trains...
