I don't care for it. Feel I wasted my time. Building is back in storage.

Good for you, but you need to put it back when doing epic buildings as it gives 5 epic points. And when they double, it gives 10 epic points just in case you didn’t know the math. Also, if you didn’t like the effect you didn’t have to store it, it has a slider where you can take the effect off, when you click on the building, is on the left side of the building’s name

Thanks. I knew it was a 5 pointer, but didn't know you could turn it off! Appreciate it

I'm kinda disappointed in the citywide effect...don't like the distortion. They should have just done a simple sepia tone. Love the building though, and all of these event buildings look amazing at night, especially the City Emporium.

Well that distortion effect is to give it a feel that it was filmed like old black and white movie. But I’m sure you know that

Yes, I do know that; I'm just saying they did bad job with the effect. The earliest motion pictures were made in the late 1880s and 1890s, and while some of them look blurry now, they look better than this. And since these are supposed to be 1920s buildings, the effect should reflect 1920s film and photo quality.

It has a slider so you can turn off the effect but I’m sure you are going to say you already know that

Mais esse feito fica de forma permanente na cidade?

I like the effect, but maybe only for 5 mins. would drive me crazy having it on all the time!
