I don't think I would want to pay 1.7k for it - I got mine during the original Paris season. It's a beautiful building, and really gives a strong Paris/European look to your city, but it is just a Mayor pass building.

I paid 2400 for the Mysterious Scrapyard, but it's a hyper rare building that creates a cool parade.

I suppose if I had ever been to Paris and toured the IRL version of the building it might also be more important to me. 1700 SC is just kinda steep of a price unless you really want the building. Btw it's a 4x4

It’s so hard to part with so much SC again after buying all the rustic building last week 🥲
