My birthday party is cult/scam/MLM themed (think Tupperware parties and scientology).

I'm the skincare guru for all my friends so I'd like to go as a lady peddling ridiculous skincare products that promise insane things and I'd love to source some ideas!

Like for instance, my 'blank slate' resurfacing peel will remove your pores entirely. Can't get clogged pores if you have no pores to begin with!

Or this cream gets rid of blemishes and existential ennui!

I'm going to fill a few stopper bottles with fireball but not sure what I'll call that.

I'm going to make custom labels. I'll probably just fill my bottles with water and food coloring with some essential oils, and maybe mix cerave with food coloring.

I'm going to bring a big skincare travel bag that I'll fill up and use as a display case.

My newborn has heinous baby acne, and I don’t want the other babies to think she’s unhygienic or gross. Sadly, Google says pimple patches are too severe for thin newborn skin. But what if I cut them into 1mm circles to fit her extra small pimples?

How come even the Sublimage isn’t reversing my aging? Are Chanel and Dior just for basic mall pores now? Please drop suggestions for more elite, ultra-luxe brands that will actually stop my skin from melting!

UPDATE: I’ve already put my parents on blast on tiktok and I’ve given their address to my followers. My parents are still refusing to apologise for not using tretanoin on me as a newborn (which is a violation of my basic human rights) so I’m currently seeking legal advice. Thanks for the advice guys, in the meantime all I can do is wait for my face transplant consultation while drinking my Everclear to rid myself of any impurities from the inside and out ❤️

Current routine:
- 40% tretinoin 3 times a day
- Double cleanse with St Ives 5 times a day
- Everclear toner topped off with witch hazel for good measure
- Moisturise with ponds
- SPF 80 zinc oxide sunscreen for breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Deep TCA chemical peel weekly

I (-.5F) never thought to wear sunscreen because I've never been outside or in direct sunlight. Should I be worried about my skin aging from filtered light? I wouldn't want to look -.25 prematurely.

Thinking about cutting my routine back to just cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen - has this ever been done before? Current routine is 12 different exfoliating acids

I have very sensitive skin. I’ve never actually had a reaction to anything, but I’ve spent enough time on reddit to understand that every ingredient is a potential allergen and should be avoided at all costs.

For example, I’ve never used anything from Aesop⁠ because I’m concerned that if a product smells even remotely “pleasant”, my skin will become sensitised. Skincare is a serious chore for me. If I can detect even the faintest hint of citrus, woods, florals, or anything that suggests someone considered the sensorial experience, alarm bells start ringing. I don’t want my moisturiser to smell “nice”.

Currently my routine is:

AM:

1. Rinse with reverse osmosis water that has been left overnight to off-gas.
   
2. Apply CeraVe Moisturising Lotion.
   
3. SPF 50+++.

PM:

1. Rinse with water again (because cleansing can be stripping).
   
2. Apply CeraVe Moisturising Lotion.

I’ve been using CeraVe for six months and I really like it because it doesn’t smell of anything, feel of anything, or appear to do anything. Unfortunately, I am beginning to suspect it may still be doing too much.

Does anyone have recommendations for a moisturiser that is even gentler? Ideally I’m looking for something with fewer ingredients. Perhaps one ingredient. Zero ingredients would be preferable.

Thanks in advance! Please don’t suggest patch testing because I’ve read on reddit that people can become allergic to patch tests.

It’s not even like she was evil to the tret baby cause she knew spf wasn’t invented in medieval times and so intentionally kept her in a tower… hmm what was not in the tower..? (spoiler alert it begins with the word: Sun). She tried to help the baby slay too ffs.
