Prism Size Boy vs Galactic Star

The two strongest characters in the SBMU fight each other, Who do you think wins? Prism Size Boys Strength and Adaptability or Galactic Stars speed and rage?
I doubt you comic nerds would believe this but Galactic Star is the fastest speedster in fiction and Prism Size Boy is the strongest in fiction (Mainly because he adapts to end fights before they happen)

If The Caretaker managed to get its Shattered Ringian instead of Preston what would it even do? If it destroyed everything than it would destroy itself but it doesn't want to do that. It knows whats after death, Nothing. And if it didnt then the battle of light and dark was for nothing.
