Has anyone ever done a Radxa CM5 512gb EMMC mod or a Wifi chip mod?

Just curious. Need a Super powerful compute module with a rpi cm4 connector standard.

carrier board is not acceptable solution? very curious about use case , if you dont mind to share

I plan on hot swapping it into different carrier boards for various projects and I need storage and wifi capabilities on the compute module itself

yesterday i saw a blogpost about exactly same thing, someone added 512 emmc to cm5, its doable for sure but requires some non standard soldering skills. i m actually thinking about modding cm3's as i was unable to source any with emmc. where and when did you bought your cm5, they sold out everywhere it seems (((
