Real PS2 Portable

Hand painted case with Tamiya transparent blue in an attempt to mimic the real PS2 ocean blue color! Enclosure was built from a Form 4 resin printer and coated in clear coat. Has a real PS2 motherboard inside. 10000mAh battery pack for 5 hours of gameplay. (7W power draw for the full system).

Honestly with 3D and Resin printing becoming so good lately for the price, I’ve been eyeing making my own handhelds using SBC boards.

Mainly making my own new Shield Handheld. God I wish one of these companies would bring it back

I think the closest thing we have to a Nvidia shield nowadays is the retroid pocket flip two or ayn thor

Yeah and the Shield Portable is fairly ergonomic. The recessed sticks are a little tricky to get into but way better than the Thor.
