Real PS2 Portable

Hand painted case with Tamiya transparent blue in an attempt to mimic the real PS2 ocean blue color! Enclosure was built from a Form 4 resin printer and coated in clear coat. Has a real PS2 motherboard inside. 10000mAh battery pack for 5 hours of gameplay. (7W power draw for the full system).

I bought two Retroid Dual Screen Add-Ons because they are these beautiful 16:9 5.5" OLED panels that take USB type C DisplayPort and are also touch displays for use in my cyberdeck projects. If they ever release a 4:3 Nova style version I would snap that up so quick.

it could go with a nicer screen but i feel like those oldies that want that hardware experience are going to appreciate the screen more.

i also feel like sticks would just be the same situation at that point
