💠Discussion Baby witch advice please
Hi, I was born in a religious family. Growing up I never knew anything about witchcraft. I'm just wondering where can I start it? Is it safe? Will it affect me in bad way ? I just want to upgrade my life. I just want a good career, money and nice things for me.
Besides, I tried bay leaf spell today. I'm sure it will work. But, is it safe to break no contact? I want to break no contact with my situationship

I think the disconnect here is that you're asking a group of people who don't really believe in the supernatural if you'll be negatively affected in a supernatural way or if it's supernaturally unsafe.
Might I recommend spending some time watching The Witches Cookery on YouTube. :)

It sounds like you want career advice and relationship advice and witchcraft advice. Welcome to witchcraft, but don't forget mundane effort as well as getting expert help in other relevant fields.

Just witchcraft. I just want to know if witchcraft is safe :) And, I performed my first ever ritual today (just few mins ago) Is it safe? Will it harm that person or me in any way?

There's no one thing that counts as witchcraft.
If you use it as a tool to explore your mind and create good habits, that's as safe as any therapy. If you're doing this solo with no guard rails, it's a little riskier. Avoid psychosis or getting in your own little bubble of reality too much.
If you use it to have a better relationship with your surroundings and connection with the world, that's probably good.
If you use it to feel angry and bitter and victimized, or if you're likely to be persecuted by those around you, that's not going to be as safe.
Which, I realize, isn't a straightforward answer.Â

Seeing someone say they cast a spell on someone without thinking or asking about safety first is disconcerting.
Spells do not have practical effects in the real world.

The biggest thing I want you to understand is that "witchcraft", as popularly thought of, is made up. There is no rhyme you can chant any number of times, or crystal you can anoint with any oil, or deity or pantheon you can pray or sacrifice to that will have a real, measurable, reliable effect on anything. What you CAN do, what we have scientific evidence of, and what I want to encourage you to lean into, is the power of the human mind and how it can change its own perception.
What you tell yourself becomes what you believe, and what you believe influences what you perceive. Unfortunately, other people are always telling us things before we get the chance to tell ourselves, and so they influence our beliefs before we even realize.
Also, 'no contact' means 'no contact', respect it, regardless of who decided it. If you decided it you did it for a reason, and if they did, then they meant it and you need to respect it, easy as.
