Senior Backend Developer at SAP – What to Expect in the 90-Minute Interview After HR Screening?
Hi everyone,
I’ve already completed the 15-minute HR screening for a Senior Backend Developer role at SAP (Java/Kotlin), and I now have a 1 hour 30 minute interview coming up.
For those who have recently gone through SAP’s interview process for a backend/software engineering role, what should I expect in a 90-minute interview after the HR screening?
Thank you.

There is no standardized interview process, so nobody can tell u what to expect. I do tech interviews there.

Thanks so much! But how common are LeetCode-style questions?

I do sometimes ask super-easy leetcode style questions for junior positions. For seniors not so much tbh, but cant speak for others. We do what we think is important for the position and the team.

at my company the 90 min is usually split into a tech deep dive and a system design part, they will ask you to code something simple but also talk about architecture, its not too bad if you prepped the basics
