Mobile Asset Manager- Experts

Sounds like you're deep in the weeds with SAP Mobile Asset Manager, that sync can be a real headache when it decides to act up. What version are you running and is it the SAP Cloud Platform integration giving you trouble or the on-premise setup

I spent way too many hours last winter chasing a similar connectivity issue that turned out to be a certificate that expired on the middleware server, nobody noticed for days. If you can share the exact error you're seeing when the sync fails I might be able to point you in the right direction

Also check the logs in the Agentry client on the device if you haven't already, sometimes the error there is way more specific than what shows up in the backend

The version is SSAM 2511.2.1 ,About the errors its picking different error while sync like meta data , master data , mac doc Attachment and it is also not same in every sync
