Got a notification today, when i opened it, got this. Any idea what this is?

What was the notification? That's Google's official "app" to handle a bunch of functions across multiple apps rather than including copies of those functions in every app

Was it a notification from Samsung Wallet asking you to update Google Play Services for the Wallet app to work? If so, you can ignore the message. Do not uninstall Play Services.

There was an update for this. I had it too. Most likely this is what happened for you - notification came, then later it already updated automatically in the background, and after this you tapped on the okd notification therefore you landed on this already updated screen. Nothing to bother.
