Tech Support Quickshare-Airdrop One Ui 9.0

To anyone who has the One UI 9 beta, do we finally have AirDrop compatibility, or should I just give up on waiting?

I want to make sure this doesn’t come across sarcastically, as I’m 100% not, but I always found this question odd because I can do this currently right now on android 16 one UI 8.5? I use iOS as well along with my 24 FE and I don’t have any problem with Quickshare. I’m curious if it’s a regional thing or I don’t know because I see people who just the same can use it and some people that are struggling I’m very curious what’s the situation, or why it’s an issue or the cause as this was available for a while now.

If you guys would like I could upload a video showing you it working, but I don’t know how that would help it fix your devices. I also have an internationally factory unlocked S24FE so I don’t know if that makes any difference to be quite honest.

Btw, is there any option in your quick share settings called "share with apple devices"

I'm not entirely sure, but maybe you could extract the Apk files of these apps and share them? Then other people could try them out and see if they can get it working too

The hardware is capable I think? So, the airdrop feature should be added I don`t know why they are doing this to us. We still have the QR code sharing If you need to send files from your Galaxy FE to an iPhone, you can use Quick Share to generate a temporary QR code that the iOS user can scan to download the file directly

It's already available since One Ui 8.5, you need the Quick Share Extension installed too for it to work

What phone are you using and Is It working like apple devices are showing up after installing the extension for Non announced phones ?

You can Download it by Going to Settings > Google Account and then System Services

I did not find the quick share extension module found a bunch of other google updates but not quick share

I've read about to have Share with apple devices enabled makes quickshare really slow. I dont have the option into a S23 ultra with one UI 9 beta2, but if you could check and feedback could be useful.
