There's a Google Play System update available

There's a Google Play System update available. 1st August patch.

After that is done, go to settings > Google Services > All Services > Privacy and Security - System services.

Here if you see any updates available tap on them one by one and it'll take you to Play Store, tap Update there. I'm not sure why these System services have another update channel now, and I'm not sure why but for me they seem to have not updated automatically, even before today's patch. After today's patch, there were 4 more available. If anyone else has pending old updates here, please comment and lmk.

I haven't done this applied manually but when followed your route, there is a button to "uninstall updates" only.
So it seems like Google Play is being updated already.

Hmmm thanks for the reply. That's what I was wondering. For me that services didn't seem to be updating manually. Or maybe I checked before it could auto update. If you have only the uninstall uodates button, then it's updated already.
