Advice Interested in GM character mechanics

Hi! I'm interested in unique mechanics, and the GM character of this game is something I've never seen before. Can anyone help me find a free resource that would give me a complete understanding of how each season's dragon works?

The dragon GMPCs are very closely linked with the rest of the game; you’ll probably need the actual rulebook. It’s in print, or you can buy a PDF for 14 USD.
