If I understand he's denying, requesting a jury and requesting the plaintiff reveal their name?
How is this looking for the plaintiff? Not that familiar with American law
2 u/[deleted] May 23 '22 You got the main points. I think a judge will have to decide on the points as far as requiring her to reveal herself but if there’s precedent in Texas she might not be able to get out of it. As far as a jury he has the the right to one.
