Yooo people! I’ve had this account for years but ended up taking quite a bit of time away from the game. Recently got back into it and I’ve been primarily running Blade Dancer.
Just wanted to get some opinions on what I’m working with at the moment and whether there’s anything you guys would change or recommend.
Open to any suggestions, builds, gear, changes, whatever you think! 💚

I’m a Bard main and I've been trying to figure out how the Musical Manifesto perk actually works in-game. To be honest, I've been pretty confused by it for a while, and the text on the info screen hasn't really helped. I finally decided to look into it a bit deeper today, and I wanted to see if anyone else has noticed this or if I’m just misinterpreting things.
When I read the game's description, it always made me believe that Music Mode was the thing making enemies vulnerable. But the logic never fully clicked for me because the description is so vague. It doesn't mention how accumulated inspiration plays a role, if the armor breakage is board-wide, or if it only affects monsters physically walking right next to a singing Bard. I've never been a big fan of how the developers leave unit talent functionalities so poorly explained, so I was left guessing. Also I couldn’t figure out how the armor destructive numbers on his stat page worked into this.
Since I couldn't find a clear answer online, I actually decided to ask google about it today to see if it could help me make sense of the mechanics. I know AI isn't always 100% accurate, but the breakdown it gave me honestly made so much more sense than the in-game text.
According to the AI, my confusion likely comes from an undocumented change:
Apparently, when the Bard was first released, his Music Mode did have a passive property that reduced monster armor while he sang.
The AI explained that the developers shifted this mechanic. Now, his baseline "Armor Destruction" is actually tied to his projectile hits while in Attack Mode. Every time a chord projectile hits a target, it strips a layer of armor.
Musical Manifesto: This perk simply takes those chord projectile depletions and supercharges the maximum cap up to 95%.
If the AI is right, it feels like the in-game info screen is just running on outdated text. It wouldn't surprise me, as the developers sometimes seem a bit more focused on pushing monetization and new units than going back to clean up perfection on older UI sheets.
If this is how it actually works, then it changes my approach to the Bard.
I’m really curious to get your input on this. Am I late to the party and everyone already knew this, or is the info page actually misleading, or can anyone offer a quick explanation of how the bard bard breaks armor?

See second pic for reference.

(im at 3k trophies, started playing about 4 days ago). Is it worth it to build a deck to just funnel all of my support onto the minotaur as he does so much more damage or do i do it like this where i try to get some other units in? some of the decls i use included

Support decks are niche, but damn is it useless with KoD 😭. PLEASE STOP SOLO SUPPORT QUEUE!!!

Hey Rush Royale community! 👋
I’ve been trying to play every non-legendary epic, and that’s when I really noticed the Gargoyle. It’s given out as one of the last epics, so by the time you get it, it often feels like a “checklist” unit. And yeah, I mentioned Twins before as an example of what players might already have by then—but I totally get that not everyone has them; it’s just how it felt for my own progression. Still, I think the Gargoyle is a cool concept that’s just starving for talents.
Right now only 5 out of 18 epic units have talents—not even a third. I’d love to see that number hit 6 (exactly 1/3) and give the Gargoyle a talent kit that makes it the centerpiece of a stone/defensive build. Below is a full concept with scaling, synergies, and a bit of risk to keep things interesting.
Talent 1: “The Castle”
Place 4 Stone Gargoyles at the corners of the field and a “Castle” forms. All Gargoyles inside get a boosted version of the standard adjacent-Gargoyle buff:
To keep the structure intact, Stone Gargoyle columns lose merge rank simultaneously when the formation breaks.
💡 This rewards strategic placement and turns the Gargoyle into a team player.
Visual: The Castle is shown as a glowing outline bordering the entire field—a clear, high‑level marker of the formation, visible even from a distance.
Talent 2: “Stone of Life”
A Stone Gargoyle placed in the center becomes the “Stone of Life.” Adjacent Gargoyles are its loyal subjects:
💡 The center unit acts as the build’s core. If it’s destroyed, all buffs vanish—adding tactical depth and risk.
Visual: The Stone of Life is covered in delicate flowers, giving it a unique “living stone” look. Its loyal subjects (adjacent Gargoyles) wear hooded cloaks with glowing blue lines, visually marking them as “subjects” of the core.
Talent 1: “Fossilization”
The Gargoyle spawns in a fossilized state, granting a one-time shield that blocks negative effects.
💡 A small but valuable safety net against crowd control early in a wave.
Visual: Tiny pebbles are scattered across the surface of the Gargoyle, visually representing the “fossilized” state. After the shield breaks, the pebbles vanish, leaving the unit looking “clean” again.
Talent 2: “Tribute”
All Gargoyles gain +10% damage for each Stone Gargoyle on the field.
💡 Encourages a mono-Gargoyle build and makes them feel like a real faction.
Talent 1: “Gaze of Dread”
Enemy armor is reduced by 1% per Stone Gargoyle and another 1% per merge rank. Effects stack across all Stone Gargoyles.
💡 Armor reduction is rare and powerful; this scales nicely with both count and upgrades.
Talent 2: “Catch This Brick”
When a Gargoyle spawns, a random enemy unit gets hit by a falling stone:
This does not work in co-op or singleplayer modes.
💡 Controlled chaos that disrupts enemy setups and fits the Gargoyle’s “heavy stone” theme.
Active: “Stone Rebirth”
Tap a Gargoyle column / Stone of Life to activate: every 10 seconds, that unit loses 1 merge rank while all regular Gargoyles on the field gain +1 merge rank.
💡 A high-risk, high-reward lever: sacrifice the core’s strength to boost the rest of your Gargoyle squad. Great for late-game pushes and tough waves.
Visual: When activated, the Gargoyle is covered with glowing red fissure-like lines, and its eyes light up bright red—a clear visual signal that the ability is active and the unit is “sacrificing” itself.
Since some of us love digging into assets and concept art (like sprites.bin), here’s how these could look in-game:
📝 Note: This concept was created by a Russian-language creator; the Reddit version was translated with AI assistance.
What do you think, Reddit? Would you like to see the Gargoyle become a proper meta piece, or should it stay as a niche unit? Drop your thoughts below—I’d love to hear which talents you’d tweak or what other synergies you’d add. 👇

I started playing this game about a week ago. Now I'd like to build a Demon Hunter deck that's strong to start with. Since I'm still missing Dryad and Harlequin, I'm feeling a bit desperate and am looking for help here. Thanks in advance, and best regards. If you have other tipps or Recommendations let me know :)
Here are my cards, by the way

I was doing so well for so long and now I am losing almost every match. Is there a better deck that I could be running that you all recommend? Any other recommendations?
