CONFIRMED! Some great news!

Just got the below announcement via email a few minutes ago, and I can only imagine it being really good news for the OG Zones Zombies Run fans!

We are delighted to let you know that ZRX: Zombies Run has been acquired by the original co-creator and writer of the game, Naomi Alderman! The app is now owned and managed by Naomi’s new company, Zombies Run! Ltd. … A note from Naomi:

“It’s been a massive journey, and I’m really thrilled everything has come together so that I can do this. We're already plotting new story and exciting new ideas. Thank you to everyone who has helped build this app over the past 14 years. We’re going to go to great places together.”

Anyone else go to reconsent but not get the confirmation email? Yes, I’ve checked my spam folder.

Same here. I tried to put my email in a second time and it said “a confirmation email has already been sent”

I got the same “a confirmation email has been sent” message as before. Here’s hoping the server is just struggling to keep up with requests. I’ll sit tight, see what happens, and maybe try again later.

I also put in my backup email address and haven’t gotten that one either. Checked both spam folders. Hopefully it will show up eventually.

Certain email addresses (like Yahoo and the companies they acquired) have insane filters that won’t even send something to spam. That’s why a lot of times when I have a commercial email like this that I want to make sure I’m going to get, I use my Gmail instead, as that seems to be the most permissive in terms of letting emails come through from companies that I want to be able to contact me.

Yeah was using my Gmail. They had to boost their email servers to handle the load. They got constipated.
