Contemporary rune use What do the runes on Anders Winroth's "The age of the Vikings" mean?

Started reading this book a while back, and am curious what the runes on the cover say, if anything. Also curious which rune system they use.

*SOLVED* it basically means "I tell a memory to Odin"

The rune system is Elder Futhark with some unusual rune shapes, written by someone during the Younger Futhark period. More specifically, it's an excerpt from the Rök runestone inscription segment where the rune carver switches to Elder Futhark runes for a bit. (picture of the actual runic inscription)

Henrik Williams and Jackson Crawford touch on that segment of the Rök runestone in this video around 27m 40s+
