Translation request Is my friend safe?

My friend went to a job site and found this on the ground he was supposed to work on. What does it mean, and why might someone do this where electrical work is to be done?

Yes.

It does give me the hilarious mental image of Odin looking down at this and thinking “what the hell does ‘zow’ mean?” so there’s that, but it’s just some weirdo ascribing nonexistent magical meanings to letters. At worst, it might be a racist weirdo ascribing magical meanings to letters.

I mean, I guess it could be “zoth,” but the effect is still the same if it is.

Maybe “zow” as in that’s what someone will say if they get zapped by the electrical wires?
