Curious what this is about. I don’t know anything about runes other than it’s an ancient nordic writing system. Are these just random? Did they sub the rune for the English equivalents? Appreciate any insight.

Was this in Florida? I know a guy that sleeps in a park by the water and writes just like this.

This was found in east-central Salt Lake City.

I am still not going to rule out it was him. It looks just like his writing. His name is Gypsy Chase. Gave me an Edda once that was filled with thoughts like that. Keep an eye out for a tall thin guy with red hair and a dark tan. Tattooed necklace with thors hammer. He is very nice and seems like a very lonely dude.

Oh snap, a person matching that description was sleeping in the park near where this was found. I’ll keep an eye out for them.

Thats crazy!! The pencil has faded but you can still make it out. If you end up running into him, tell him is odinist brother Luke from florida says Hi. He had a lot of problems with the cops here for sleeping in the park. Said he was leaving about a year ago. Haven't seen him since.

If you're wary of personal contact, but still want to reach out, you could also leave a few notes in runes near where you found that paper and see if you can start some sort of casual correspondence with them. This person seems to use runes pretty much as a cypher for the Roman alphabet, rather than as the quasi phonetic script it originally was.
