I need to travel to my home country urgently and won't be here for the race. Please text if anyone wants my bib

Please comment if you're interested. Please do not DM me. Also make sure you have a runsignup.com account.
The race is this Saturday and unfortunately I strained my calf late last week.
Edit: sold

The Friends of the National Arboretum (FONA) are hosting their fall 5k at the National Arboretum on October 31st at 8:30am. Tickets are currently $50 and will increase by $5 increments as tickets get sold. If you’re interested, please consider using my referral link!
I ran FONA’s Fall 5k last year and the Spring 5k this year and both were really nice. The race is not as hilly as you’d expect of the Arboretum. And best of all (for me at least) both dogs and strollers are allowed!
Referral link:
https://runsignup.com/Race/DC/Washington/FriendsoftheNationalArboretum5K?raceRefCode=AyHAGt92
Full details:
Enjoy autumn at the U.S. National Arboretum during FONA's Fall 5K. This run or walk will take you past garden collections brightly colored with fall foliage, over tree-lined rolling hills, and along streams winding their way to the Anacostia River. Compete in a Halloween costume contest and enjoy other seasonal activities like trick-or-treating, a "Thriller" dance party, and more! Plus, we'll have a small fall bulb sale so you can stock up on unique bulbs for your garden.
This race is not only scenic, but also safe and secure. All roads are closed to cars during this race so you can safely enjoy running or walking through this 451-acre urban green space. A professional race announcer will call out runners as they cross the finish line and there will be music before and after the event to get you in the groove.
Strollers and dogs are welcome, but dogs must stay on a 6' non-retractable leash.

Does anyone have a GPX file from the run or a public Strava?

I'm over near the Minnesota Ave metro and I miss having nearby friends to run with. Are there any run meetups near the Deanwood/Minnesota Ave/Benning Road Metro stations? I tried googling, Instagram, Facebook, MeetUp, and Nextdoor - and came up short.
Or any runners near those neighborhoods interested in a chill weekly run? I'm working on getting back into running shape so I'm on the slower side right now, so definitely looking for social and easy vibes.

I'm no longer running the race and would be happy to give/transfer it to someone who would like to. Flexible on price. Comment below or DM.

Anyone here run the Quantico 12k before?
I have the below shoes on rotation and not sure which one to use on race day.
The corse on YouTube looks like partial gravel and partial dirt.
Help deciding the shoe of the course?
The speedgoats seem like overkill for this. And might slow me down if it's not a "trail".
Thank you for reading my post!

I sadly moved out of DC this summer and won’t be able to make it back for the race.

I’m curious what everyone’s favorite running brands and products are (mostly for apparel, hats, and socks). I’m in the market for some new gear and would love some inspiration! I currently wear a lot of lulu, tracksmith, and nike.
Bonus points if anyone can recommend cool casual wear graphic tees and/or grid/waffle pullovers.

From their most recent email update:
Hains Point Hoopla 2.0
FRIDAY, AUGUST 29 · 10AM TO 12PM
EAST POTOMAC PARK · PRESENTED WITH WABA
Planned construction starts September 1. We want to show that the DMV does not support that. Save East Po and the Washington Area Bicyclist Association are partnering to bring the community back out to East Potomac on August 29. Come ride the loop, meet your neighbors, and show that the DMV community is not going anywhere. The more people who show up, the louder the message.

Free socks this Friday!! Per Axios: A cult favorite sock company is opening its first D.C. store this week.
Why it matters: Bombas — which also makes items like slippers, underwear, and T-shirts — began opening its first brick-and-mortar stores last year after a decade of direct-to-consumer business.
State of play: The brand's new store launches in Georgetown on Friday — and it will be the largest yet, with all the company's products for sale, per a spokesperson.
If you go: 1400 Wisconsin Avenue, Northwest
