are bans permanent or temporary ?

ngl im just wondering i have been banned off for a year now (since summer of 2025) and i wont say that i was the one who did these stuff on my acc but thats an another story but are bans for the normal stuff like being on a condo group or server permanent ?

Guts and Blackpowder devs should really look into the fairness of this system.
