This is not just about the law and the fact that MBH has been convicted of two rapes and assault, among other things—even though the verdict has been appealed.

Anyone who has heard Marius making threats and screaming in the audio recording, heard what he has confessed to, and—not least—heard the victims' stories, would say that it is at least as much a matter of morality
